How to Connect Your Hospitable Account to Tailwind
Go to your Tailwind Dashboard.
Click on Connections and select Add Connection.
βChoose Hospitable as the connection type,
βLogin with your Hospitable Credentials
Click Login to complete the setup.
What data Tailwind can access
Once you've connected your Hospitable account to Tailwind, we'll have access to your properties information and also your Guest messages.
Properties information : this will be the main source of truth that our team will use to access any property information without having to log into your system.

How communication works with Tailwind once connected
When you connect your Hospitable account to Tailwind, all guest communications will be automatically synced with our system. This includes messages from the different booking channels you have connected (such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) as well as SMS messages.
Our team will manage and respond to guest inquiries directly from the Tailwind platform, without needing to log in to your Hospitable account. This ensures faster response times, centralised communication, and seamless support for your guests across all channels.
How to give us Access to your Hospitable account
After connecting your Hospitable account to Tailwind, our team will still need access to your system to perform tasks such as updating reservations, reviewing property details, and more.
Your Onboarding Specialist will provide you with a dedicated email address (tailwindsupport+{xxx}@extenteam.com) to create a new user account for us. This ensures that we use a separate login instead of your personal credentials. You can control and limit the permissions granted to this user based on the sections you would like us to access.
Once the user is created, please add the Username and Password in the Credentials section of your Tailwind account :
