Connecting Your Airbnb Account to Tailwind

Step 1: Check Your PMS Integration

If your property management system (PMS) is supported by Tailwind, there's no need to connect your Airbnb account directly.

Step 2: Connecting Airbnb If Your PMS Is Not Supported

If your PMS is not on our supported list, you can connect your Airbnb account using one of two options:


Option 1: Official Airbnb Integration (for Airbnb-only connections)

Extenteam is an Official Airbnb Integration Partner.

If you're connecting only Airbnb (and not other platforms like Vrbo), this is the preferred method.

By connecting your Airbnb account directly to our platform:

  • We’ll automatically pull in guest and reservation data

  • Messages sync in real time, allowing our agents to respond promptly

  • You'll get full visibility into every guest interaction

  • The connection is secure, reliable, and continuously updated

  • Agent names will be visible on every message for transparency


Option 2: Airbnb Connection via Hospitable

We also support connecting your Airbnb through Hospitable’s official API.

Hospitable is the only PMS that allows you to connect your Airbnb account to both Hospitable and another PMS at the same time

  • No additional cost – it's included in your monthly Tailwind subscription

  • New Airbnb listings will automatically appear on our platform

  • You'll still need to manually enable coverage for new listings


Syncing New Airbnb Listings

When you make changes to your Airbnb account, like adding or removing listings, or adjusting check-in/check-out times—our system will automatically reflect those updates on your Properties dashboard.
