Connecting Your VRBO Account to Tailwind

Step 1: Check Your PMS Integration

If your property management system (PMS) is supported by Tailwind, there’s no need to connect your VRBO account directly. Click here to see the list of supported PMS platforms. (Screenshot here)

Step 2: Connecting VRBO If Your PMS Is Not Supported

If your PMS is not on our supported list, you can connect your VRBO account using the Hospitable official API.

  • We support connecting your VRBO through Hospitable’s official API.

  • Hospitable is the only PMS that allows you to connect your VRBO account to both Hospitable and another PMS at the same time.

  • No additional cost – it’s included in your monthly Tailwind subscription.

  • New VRBO listings will automatically appear on our platform.

  • You’ll still need to manually enable coverage for new listings.


How to Connect Your VRBO Account

To connect your VRBO account via the Hospitable API:

  1. Go to the Connections tab on your Tailwind account.

  2. Click on Add Connection & Choose VRBO.

  3. Enter your VRBO credentials to link your account through Hospitable’s API.

Syncing New VRBO Listings

When you make changes to your VRBO account, like adding or removing listings, or adjusting check-in/check-out times—our system will automatically reflect those updates on your Properties dashboard.


📌 Reminder: New listings require manual coverage activation for full support.
