Once you’ve entered all necessary information and connected your properties, you’ll select a go-live date that suits your schedule and enable coverage for the units you want Tailwind to manage for guest communication. This step activates Tailwind’s support, letting our team handle guest inquiries for your chosen properties. Double-check your property connections to ensure all units are correctly synced before going live.
