Accessing and managing your billing details on the Tailwind platform is straightforward.

Accessing Subscription and Billing Information

You can check your subscription and billing details anytime directly from your Tailwind account.

Click on your profile, located in the lower left corner of the dashboard, to access all billing-related information.

This area shows your current plan, payment history, and any pending charges, giving you full visibility into your account status.

Billing for Additional Units

Adding new units to your Tailwind coverage triggers additional charges, calculated based on when they’re added.

Additional units are prorated from the date they’re activated on the platform, meaning you only pay for the time they’re active within your billing cycle.

Viewing Your Charges

All billing adjustments, including prorated charges, are easy to track.

Prorated charges for additional units appear in your billing statement, accessible via the profile section. This includes a breakdown of each unit’s cost and activation date.

Temporary Changes to Coverage Hours

Adjusting your coverage hours temporarily (e.g., switching from After Hours to 24-hour coverage for 2 days) is possible but not guaranteed.

How to Request It:

  1. Email [email protected] as early as possible with your request.

  2. Include specifics (dates, desired coverage).
    Details: Feasibility depends on:

  • Call/Message Volume: Is the expected demand high enough to justify the change?

  • Team Availability: Can Tailwind accommodate without affecting other partners?

  • Extra charges may apply, pending your approval.
    Why It Matters: Approval hinges on operational capacity, so plan ahead.
    Tip: Submit requests well in advance to increase the likelihood of approval.
