If you need to transfer your Tailwind-assigned phone numbers to another provider, you can request a port-out.

Send a request to [email protected] to initiate the number porting process.

Details:

  • The process typically takes 10-15 days to complete, depending on the receiving provider’s requirements.

  • You’ll need to provide details like the number(s) to port and the new provider’s information.

  • Tailwind will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth transfer.
    Why It Matters: Porting out lets you retain your numbers if you switch services, maintaining continuity for your guests or team.
