The Properties section in Tailwind serves as the central hub for managing all connected units. Any property linked through your Property Management System (PMS), Airbnb, or VRBO will automatically appear here, ensuring an organized and efficient way to oversee your portfolio.
Managing Property Coverage
To enable Tailwind coverage for a unit:
Go to the Properties section in the platform.
Click on the property you want to activate.
Select “Managed by Extenteam” to turn on coverage.
What happens when you enable Extenteam coverage?
All guest messages related to the unit will be handled by the team.
Responses will be sent on your behalf directly from the platform.
Billing will be adjusted according to your selected coverage plan.
