Can Tailwind agents respond in other languages besides English?

Although our agents are English-speaking, they are equipped to handle written guest communication in other languages using reliable translation tools. This means guests can write messages in their native languages, and our team will translate and respond accordingly. While verbal communication (phone calls) is conducted in English only, all text-based channels, such as OTA messages, SMS, and emails, can accommodate multilingual interactions. Please note that while we strive for accuracy, context-specific phrases may not always translate perfectly.
