What Does PMS Integration Mean?
With our official PMS integration, you no longer need to connect your OTA accounts (like Airbnb or Vrbo) directly to the Tailwind platform. Instead, we sync everything directly through your PMS. This means:
All your properties are automatically imported.
All connected channels (OTAs) from your PMS are included.
Reservation data and guest details are synced for each property.
This integration enables our team to provide faster guest responses, powered by real-time data.
