How Combined and Individual Units Impact Your Billing

S
Written by Sinan Inceer

If you have units that can be booked individually or together, they’re counted as separate entities on the platform.

For example, if you have:

  • Unit A (booked individually),

  • Unit B (booked individually),

  • Units A and B (booked together as a combined unit),
Tailwind counts these as three separate units. This affects your billing, as each unit is charged accordingly.
Why It Matters: Understanding this ensures you’re not caught off guard by the total unit count in your charges.
Example: A property with two apartments that can also be rented as one large space = 3 billable units.
