You can switch your Tailwind plan anytime to match your needs.
Go to the subscription page and click “Update Subscription” to select a new package.
Changes take effect immediately, with prorated adjustments for the cost difference between plans.
Temporary Package Upgrades
Need extra features, like phone coverage, for a short period (e.g., a vacation)? Temporary upgrades aren’t supported.
Any upgrade (e.g., from Growth to Pro) is treated as permanent. You’ll be:
Charged the prorated difference for the new plan, regardless of duration.
Able to access upgraded features right away.
Free to downgrade after the billing cycle ends.
Example: Upgrade mid-cycle for a week-long trip → pay the prorated rate for the full cycle, then downgrade later.
Tip: Plan upgrades carefully, as temporary boosts require a full commitment for the cycle.
