Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Select Time Zone
    Before setting any operational hours, make sure to select the correct time zone for your operations. This ensures that the coverage aligns with local time expectations.

  2. Set Your Operational Hours
    You can specify which hours each day you want Tailwind to provide coverage.

    • If you want full-day coverage (24 hours), simply check "All Day" for the days you want covered.

    • If you want partial coverage (e.g., evening to morning), break it into two time blocks:

      • Example: If you want coverage from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM, your setup should look like:

        • 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

        • 5:00 PM – 11:59 PM

      This ensures that Tailwind’s system correctly interprets overnight support windows.
