16 hours/day of coverage for 5 days/week
24 hours/day of coverage for 2 days/week
Coverage includes Phone, Email, and OTA Messaging
This standard package is ideal for partners who only need overnight and weekend coverage.

If your desired coverage exceeds the limits of the Off-Hours Package, you must get explicit approval by emailing [email protected]. Your package will need to be upgraded to Pro, and a promotional code may be applied to accommodate the extended service.
