How to Upgrade:
Switching to the Pro package is simple and can be done directly by you. Navigate to the "Billing" section of your Tailwind account, where you can select and upgrade your package. Once you’ve upgraded, please contact Tailwind Admins at [email protected]. They’ll promptly set up your new Tailwind-generated phone number to start receiving calls seamlessly.
Setting Up Your Phone Number:
To ensure smooth integration, update your Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Property Management Systems (PMS) with the new Tailwind phone number, or alternatively, forward your existing calls to us 24/7. We recommend the first option,updating your OTAs and PMS with the Tailwind number, as this allows us to filter and receive only guest communication calls, avoiding any marketing or personal calls that might otherwise come through.
