  1. Accept invite sent by the Onboarding Specialist

  2. Access the account

  3. Access Company Information section

    1. Fill Profile info

    2. Select Operation Hours

      1. If Custom, configure hours for each day

    3. Create Contacts / Escalation process

    4. Add credentials for different accounts

      1. Create user on your property management system with Tailwind email address

      2. Create user on Lock system with Tailwind email address

  4. Access Connections section

    1. Connect PMS if :

      1. Hostaway

      2. Hospitable

      3. Hostfully

    2. Connect Airbnb Account

    3. Connect VRBO account

    4. Connect Email Address

    5. SMS : Create TW number

    6. Voice : Create TW number

      1. Forward the calls to your TW number or replace the guest facing phone number with the TW number.

  5. Access Properties Section

    1. Merge duplicated properties

    2. Click on a property

      1. Add property specific information in the Notes section

    3. Turn on the coverage for the properties

  6. Access Policies Section

    1. Fill default policies

    2. Create Custom policies

  7. Access Actions Section

    1. Fill default Actions
