What Should I Do If I Need to Temporarily Pause Tailwind Services?

If you need to temporarily pause Tailwind services, such as during a low season or operational change, we can accommodate your request with minimal disruption. Contact [email protected] via email, providing your account details and specifying the duration of the pause.

You can also turn OFF the coverage for your properties yourself through your Tailwind account, by simple navigating to your Properties section, and switch of the coverage of the units you'd like to pause our services for.

During this period, ticket syncing and message handling will be suspended, but your account data will remain secure and accessible for when you return. We will confirm once the pause is in effect and provide any necessary steps to maintain your account during this time. When you are ready to resume, simply notify us, and we will reactivate your services promptly, ensuring a seamless return to full operations.
