How does off hours package work?

Tailwind’s Off-Hours Package includes the following:

• 16 hours/day of coverage for 5 days/week
• 24 hours/day of coverage for 2 days/week
• Coverage includes Phone, Email, and OTA Messaging

This standard package is ideal for partners who only need overnight and weekend coverage.

Important:
If your desired coverage exceeds the limits of the Off-Hours Package, you must get explicit approval by emailing tailwind@extenteam.com. Your package will need to be upgraded to Pro, and a promotional code may be applied to accommodate the extended service.
